Meet Mrs. Prakairatana Thontiravong, a mediation expert with over 20 years of experience. Gain practical techniques, theoretical knowledge, and insights to mediate disputes professionally, with real-world applications.

📍Participant Qualifications

  • Must have completed mediation training in financial dispute resolution by the I.D.P. Foundation, or
  • Have completed civil and criminal mediation training certified by the Ministry of Justice (2019 regulations).
